ONSITE: In scenarios where the clients seek augmentation of their in-house development efforts, RSB provides a team with the right skills set and experience to work onsite in collaboration with the client's development team.

OFFSHORE: RSB executes offshore projects at Gurgaon, India, offering the advantages of scalable teams and reduced costs to the client. Utilizing our offshore delivery center enables our customers to cut costs, sometimes by as much as 50%; expand their investment cycles in I.T. initiatives; access special technologies and skills for limited periods without any capital outlay; ramp teams up and down as needed; and let work "follow-the-sun" as illustrated using a random example in this figure.

OFFSITE: In cases where clients prefer to outsource the project outside their premises but not offshore, RSB Technologies locates the project delivery team close to the client location. This model is suitable for short projects that have dynamically changing requirements and demand frequent face-to-face interactions.
