Previously, Harmahesh was Vice President of Professional Services of Vetri Systems a Division of Lason Systems. Vetri Systems provided Data Capture, Digitization of Documents, and Professional Consulting Services to fortune 500 companies in the US.

Amit R. Vig,Director & Managing Counsel

in the firm's office at New Delhi has worked in Commercial and Taxation transactions. Admitted to Bar in 2001 he has over seven years of experience in various laws in India relating to Foreign Investment, Aviation, Intellectual Property etc. Mr. Vig has drafted and reviewed numerous documents including loan agreements, pledges, guarantees and Inter Corporate Transactions. He also assisted in matters relating to infrastructure, power projects, Civil Construction Tenders and related issues. He represented clients in Commercial Transactions and worked on various issues pertaining to Termination Agreements, Secondment Agreements, Shareholder's Agreements, Foreign Collaboration and Consortium Agreements. Mr. Vig has also been associated with contract structuring for tax optimization. He has also been working on issues relating to expatriate taxation and customs laws. Mr. Vig has worked on insurance matters relating to foreign insurance, marine and motor vehicle insurance. In cyber laws, he has been involved with drafting of License Agreements for use of Software, Web Site Development Consultancy Agreements, Providing Copyright to Web sites & other E-Commerce related issues and also intellectual Property Infringement Violations. He holds a Bachelors in Economics, Law and Business Management along with PG Diploma in Aviation Law from the Indian Society of International Law.

With about 7 years of cross-industry experience in various project implementations, strategic planning, system development and technology solutions, he has demonstrated success in managing these full project lifecycles, which resulted in substantial financial savings for the company and the customers. Ability to process a deep understanding of how to utilize technology in order to deliver enterprise solutions that meet requirements of the business . He has lead, mentored, trained, and evaluated staff of various fields. He has demonstrated the ability to expand knowledge base to maintain currency with industry developments and apply new technologies to provide premium business solutions and to understand and implement the Big Picture. He holds a Bachelors in Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and Masters in Business Administration of Marketing and Human Resources.

Rupesh Thondapati, V.P. Software Development

has above 13 years of work experience and around 10 years of IT experience in Project Management, Leading Teams, designing, developing and deploying enterprise applications with good exposure to distributed computing and component architecture. He has been continually involved in documentation and building process to help stream line the product development process and evolved methods to assist development process. He holds an Engineering degree in Electronics and Power from Nagpur University, India. He has been with RSB since 2002.

He also has conducted trials before various Trial Courts in India and has conducted cases before various Tribunals at New Delhi, India. Mr. Shankar has also worked on numerous issues relating to Banking transactions and has conducted Due Diligence and Vetting of Line of Credit Documents for various Indian Public Financial Institutions. He has vast exposure of Commercial transactions. He has drafted and worked on a maze of issues arising out of commercial transactions viz, Commercial Borrowings, Inter-corporate Guarantees, Hire-Purchase Agreements, Deeds of Hypothecation, Letters of Intent, Franchising, Technology Transfer Agreements, Collaboration Agreements and various other commercial transactions.
